This policy outlines how Juummystore handles order processing, shipping, and delivery. Please review it carefully to understand our procedures and your responsibilities.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order is processed and handed to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping method to deliver your order. Estimated delivery times begin once the order has shipped from our warehouse.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and the total weight of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated and become active in the carrier's system.
5. Delivery Delays
While we provide estimated delivery times, Juummystore is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, inclement weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your package has not been delivered and the tracking has not updated for more than 7 days past its estimated delivery date, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
6. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your information before submitting your order.
Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are subject to a re-shipment fee to cover the additional shipping costs.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or your local post office.
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, please email us at [email protected]. We will file a claim with the carrier and, upon confirmation, arrange for a replacement shipment or issue a refund for the lost items.
8. International Shipping
For orders shipped outside our primary shipping region, please note:
- The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are payable upon delivery.
- Delivery times vary significantly by destination country and are subject to customs clearance, which is beyond our control.
- Due to manufacturer restrictions or logistical constraints, some items in our store cannot be shipped internationally.
